It works because we invest heavily in the relationship, spending time to understand their needs and then putting in place processes and skilled teams to surpass the most demanding expectations.
We have the flexibility to adapt our approach to work depending the client’s needs and buildings they operate offering several different types of Framework contracts.
Framework Contracts are currently carried out for colleges, Local Authorities, hospitals, the MoD, schools (including academies) and universities – many have been in place for more than fifteen years highlighting consistency of performance.
Due to an increasing level of activity in this area we have developed a bespoke computerised management system that covers both the National Schedule of Rates and job specific rates requested by the client.
This includes quotes, orders, purchasing, project management and invoicing, whilst also being used to produce reviews based on service provision. It has been created to be flexible so that every customer requirement can easily be put in place.
