In 1998 we were awarded our first Measured Term contract for reactive and planned maintenance of Public buildings in Wolverhampton.
The company named William Gough Limited was set up as a complete separate company with its own management and workforce and operates from a separate building at our Bilston base.
Since establishment it has been awarded several projects in the Health, defence and insurance sectors whilst maintaining the Wolverhampton Public building contract tendering it several times over the past 12 years.
It has grown offering small refurbishment projects and offers an extremely skilled, versatile and flexible workforce and Management meeting the needs of the client.
The management has built a complete computerised management system based on the National Schedule of Rates (NSR) enabling quoting, orders, purchasing, project management and invoicing all to be managed through it. It will produce reviews based on service provision and costs which can be tailored to clients needs.
