Following the units being destroyed by arson, we tendered and were successfully engaged in rebuilding the industrial units maintaining the image of the estate but to new building standards.
Following the fire we were initially employed to demolish the structures in controlled conditions due to harzardous waste and prepare the site.
The steel framed structures were then constructed in the same footprint with offices and toilets to the front elevation and warehouses to the rear.
