William Gough and Sons were appointed to Design and Build this new office development on the site of a former factory completing the project to time, value and the highest quality.
The project involved the construction of 6nr two storey bespoke offices to phase 1 along with all the surrounding communal external works of the site. During phase 1 we have installed all the utilities for phase 1 and 2 of the project including a new electrical substation and the main roadway providing access for both phases.
We have completed initial works in readiness for phase 2 along with services, we have constructed a precast concrete retaining wall to the rear of the site faced in a brickwork skin for appearance and we look forward to progressing phase 2.
